Standard Office NT$18,000/per month for the first six months (Tax Included). A rental of NT$30,000/per month will start to be charged if tenancy surpassing six months. |

Who Can Use IBC?
Qualifications of the Participants: (applicant qualifies with any one of following): |

having a capital of US$150,000 or above; |
| ( 2 ) |
having a concrete investment plan; |
| ( 3 ) |
having a recommendation letter by its joint venture partner in Taiwan; |
| ( 4 ) |
having been recommended by Taiwan External Trade Development Council, an overseas office of the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs, or the Department of Investment Service of the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs. |
